Dr. Keen-Zebert blends scientific expertise, strategic leadership, and a deep commitment to human potential. With a Ph.D. in Environmental Geosciences and an MBA in strategic leadership and innovation, she brings a rare perspective to both coaching and consulting.
As a research scientist, Amanda built a nationally funded earth science laboratory and led interdisciplinary teams advancing discoveries in geology, archaeology, and environmental science. She has held leadership roles at the Desert Research Institute and served as a Program Director at the National Science Foundation, where she helped shape funding initiatives across the scientific enterprise — including wildfire resilience and research infrastructure.
Through Keen Insight, Amanda now partners with professionals, academics, business and non-profit leaders and executives, and organizations to navigate complexity, lead with clarity, and grow in ways that are purposeful, aligned, and sustainable.
